The Essence of ritual is a journey of learnig and allowing yourself to fall deeper into your consciousness. Each Ritual begins with a ritual using elements for clearing energy, cleansing and grounding. This allows you to open your heart and mind to set intention.
Intentional Bodywork
Intentional body work is more then just a massage, its a journey into the subconsciousness. Tailored for you, infused with healing energy to unblock emotions and align the body. its much more than just finding the tight spots, its intentional and intuitive.

Somatic Facial
As we slowly dance across the fascia in this 60minute deep healing session we will work to release emotional blockages across the chest, neck, face and scalp. This ritual is infused with healing energy and an intuitive touch to leave your skin re awakening from the inside out.
I will be combining pressure point techniques, Gua Sha, crystals as well as a slow deep intentional massage to really lift the skin in its physical appearance as well as internally.

The Art Of Reiki
Reiki comes from a higher subconscious to activate and energize the `ki (or chi). this stimulates the body's natural healing processes and helps to restore physical and emotional well-being.
The first 10minutes will be a moment for ritual, to bring presence, attention and intention before journeying into a 30minute reiki session

Essence Ritual
Essence is the true nature of who we are when we live for our authentic self. This ritual welcomes you and meets you in your subconsciousness, a space to soften and to be held.
We open the essence ritual with a meditation to welcome you into a safe space, a space for you to meet with your feminine side ~ hearing what she says and work with the intention we set.
Combining all my offerings into one ritual, you will experience intentional body work, working into areas of tension both physically and emotionally before we journey into an unwinding somatic facial, leaving you feeling re awakened, grounded and rested.

Feminine Ritual
Working intuitively within the seasons to provide a deep connection to our self and help understand our feelings and energy in moments of unbalance.
This 90minute Ritual is a space for you to return to the feminine, a safe place to listen intuitively and reclaim your authentic self.

A space held to honour and nurture Pre & Post natal.
We begin with a soothing Seasonal herb & salt foot soak whilst i
Guide you into meditation to honour your new beginning.
We then journey into an easing massage filled with intentions to nurture the mind and body focusing on the shoulders and front of body ~ baby bump massage is highly recommended but of course optional ~
Gentle rose quarts will also be used to promote abundance of love during this ritual.
Suitable for those between 12 ~ 34 weeks. After 34 weeks I kindly advise only a 60minutes ritual for comfort.
