Thank you so much for coming to say “hi”!

A little bit about me that bought me to here. 

Lets fast forward to my mid 20s (how is this almost 10 years ago) I decided I was going to give up my beauty job, home and car and leave on a one way ticket to Australia! 

During this time I fluctuated from city, coasts and islands exploring different countries, cultures and way of life. 

I had the privilege of working in an industry that allowed me to work anywhere with my skills and therefore worked in some beautiful spas across the Uk, Scotland, Australia and NZ that developed my skills to this date. 

Each place I visited/ work there was an element of spirituality I just loved and began to naturally learn about these elements and how powerful we are as humans. 

Coming home was unplanned and I found it very difficult to feel balanced due to the busy way of life we have here in the Uk and I found that I was loosing all I had learned until I started listening to the calling of the "feminine energy" -  this can be as woo woo as you want it to be but I just fell in love with the aspects of it. 

Wellness, yoga, rituals and the feminine energy. And here we are, I always wanted to have my own business but I kept fighting with my confidence and was worried my offerings wouldn’t be accepted so I shy’d away .. until now … Essence Rituals is a place for those who want to reconnect to their feminine energy, soften and hear their body’s. 

My vision is to bring creativity into rituals, using techniques and practices I have learned over the years whilst working with a unique blend of products with only the highest grade quality ingredients, alongside home remedies and ancient healing methods such as Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Gua Sha and Reflexology, all whilst creating a space for our feminine energy to find its authentic self, listening to the body and mind by nurturing ourselves with specially curated Rituals.
